Here some answers to some of the questions our customer are asking us

How long does it take to charge an EV?

Depending on the battery size of your electric vehicle and your type of charger, it can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 12 hours to charge your car at home. If you have the most common 7kW charger, it'll usually take about 4 to 8 hours to charge your car up fully - that's a full battery overnight.

What is the range of an EV?

Generally, today's electric cars can usually travel between 150-300 miles on a charge, which should be more than enough for both casual drivers and people who commute long distances every day for work.

Are electric cars expensive to run?

The running costs for electric cars are usually lower than fuel-powered alternatives. EVs have fewer oily engine parts that are likely to go wrong, and you'll get to skip out on things like oil changes, making them easier to upkeep

Do electric cars break down more?

Electric cars are actually shown to break down less than combustion vehicles, as they have fewer moving parts.

Can you drive and charge an electric car in the rain?

The simple answer is yes, you can charge an electric car in the rain. In fact, charging an electric car in the rain is no different to charging it in any other weather condition, as the charging systems on EVs are designed to withstand the elements and remove any potential risks associated with charging in the rain.
Out Of Hours Enquiries

Can I expect a response on an enquiry out of hours?

We always strive to answer any questions you may have out of hours.

We do, of course, have limted access to resources and information ourside of working hours, so it may be that, on occassion, we respond to you to say we'll need to pick up your enquiry within working hours.

Also, if your enquiry reaches us circa the midnight hour we will probably be getting our beauty sleep, so will respond to you first thing the following morning.

Buying Online
Can I buy a Car Online?

You can RESERVE any of our cars online for £99. This will remove the car from sale until you have made a final decision.

The reason why we have opted not to have a fully transactional online service is because we believe for you to have the right package to suit you we need to offer you our guidance and our expertise for you to make the right decision for you.

There are many things to consider when choosing how to finance your car;
- Cash sale
- buying a car with a part exchane
- Hire Purchase (HP)
- Personal Contract Purchase (PCP)
- Personal Loan
With all of these options you will need to consider;
- What deposit do I want to pay?
- What monthly repayments do I want to make?
- How long to I want to be paying for a car?
Once you have selected the car of your choice, simply click 'reserve' and a memeber of our team will be in touch will you promptly.

Remote Delivery

We always strive to do be as flexible as we can to work with our customer's specific needs as we know how busy life can be. If you need us to dliever your car to you and you live within 15 miles of a dealership we will do our very best to accomodate this for you. We'd just need to have a chat about the logisitics.
